Instructions:
- Use 3-4 sweet potatoes.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash sweet potatoes under cool running water.
- Pierce deeply with knife or fork to allow steam to escape while cooking.
- Place sweet potatoes in a glass dish (line with foil for easy clean up).
- Instead of a glass dish, you can also wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
